Style Saves brings fashion and philanthropy together to empower the next generation and create meaningful change in the communities we serve.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in a relentless pursuit to provide youths and their families with essential goods, from school supplies, nutritious meals and mentorship, to increase academic achievement.
Through purpose-driven, experiential moments, including our Back to School event, mentorship program and fundraising partnerships, we’ve formed an alliance of dedicated thought leaders who stand firm in the powerful connection that can be made when fashion meets philanthropy.
Led by Rachael Russell Saiger and Isabela Rangel Grutman since 2011, Style Saves supplies school essentials, brand-new clothing and uniforms, food assistance, maternity needs and more, all at no cost to the families we serve.

Rachael founded Style Saves with a vision to give every child the confidence that comes with feeling ready for school. She leads the organization’s strategy and community partnerships, and has helped grow Style Saves into one of the most beloved back-to-school traditions.
Isabela Rangel Grutman
Isabela Rangel Grutman
Isabela is the Vice President of Style Saves and has championed its growth from a single backpack drive into a year-round mission serving thousands of families. She oversees partnerships and programming, keeping fashion and philanthropy at the heart of everything Style Saves does.
Michael Saiger
Michael Saiger
Michael has been part of Style Saves’ leadership from the very beginning, helping guide the organization’s growth and community impact. He’s passionate about connecting fashion and business communities to causes that change lives.
David Grutman
David Grutman
David has lent his passion for hospitality and community building to Style Saves’ mission since its founding. He helps open doors across Miami’s business and entertainment community to expand the organization’s reach and impact.
Kim Nolan
Kim Nolan
Kim has been involved with Style Saves for over 12 years, from volunteering to starting the mentorship program and directing F&B for the annual two-day Back to School event that feeds over 25,000 people. Originally from Boston, she founded KNPR, a boutique hospitality PR agency, and co-founded the Soho House Foodie Club.
Joseph Magazine
Joseph Magazine
Joseph brings over two decades of financial expertise in risk management, underwriting, and credit analysis. Currently a Senior Vice President at Loop Capital and a City of Miami Beach Commissioner, he leverages his background in strategic fiscal planning to advance Style Saves’ goals.
Isabella Dell’Oca
Isabella Dell’Oca
Isabella has been involved with Style Saves since 2014 and is the Executive Director of Lotus House, the largest women’s homeless shelter in the country. A graduate of Loyola University Chicago, she has dedicated her career to serving women and children experiencing homelessness.

Who is Style Saves?

Style Saves is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible, and we provide donation receipts and written acknowledgments in compliance with IRS guidelines.
Who does Style Saves serve?
We serve students and families in need across Miami-Dade County. Our Holiday Giveback reaches students from shelters, foster care and migrant camps, and our Mentorship Program is built for high school juniors and seniors.
Where is Style Saves located?
Style Saves HQ is at 1800 North Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33136. Our flagship Back to School event takes place each year at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

We believe in the powerful connection that can be made when fashion meets philanthropy. Every student deserves to walk into school feeling ready, and a new uniform, fresh sneakers and a full backpack build the confidence to succeed.
What are the core Style Saves programs?
Our core programs are Back to School, a two-day event where students pick new uniforms, sneakers, backpacks and school supplies; Mentorship, a six-week program for high school juniors and seniors in collaboration with Miami-Dade County Public Schools; Holiday Giveback; Disaster Relief; and Project Prom. We also make our own Private Label line of backpacks, school supplies, pants, polos, belts, socks and sneakers.
Do families pay anything?
No. Everything Style Saves provides is at no cost to the families we serve, including 100% of our Private Label line.
How can I support Style Saves?
You can donate, sponsor, volunteer or become a mentor. A $50 gift sponsors one student with a uniform, backpack, supplies and sneakers for the school year.
